    Very prompt & I received the appraisal rather quickly although their $500 fee was a bit much exorbitant. The main problem was they did not give any adjustment for my raised ceilings for my house and went strictly off the square footage. They are an excellent service to use if you are a mortgage lender since their appraisals are going to be about 5%-10% lower than what they should. This protects the banks and gives them a better cushion. Although I imagine this is probably common in the industry.
